| ServicePoint Service Packs | |
The following service packs contain updates to the ServicePoint SQL executable to correct any known issues for previous versions, and also to provide the latest in features and functionality. The service packs below are an update only. A previous full install of the ServicePoint software must exist before the service pack can be installed.
Important Note! As of version 9.3.286 of ServicePoint (03/15/21), a new registration is required for activation. If you are a registered user, installation of this version into version 9.3, build 285 or earlier should be followed by the entry of the new registration key. If you do not have a key for version 9.3.287, please contact us. Demonstration systems are unaffected.

To install the ServicePoint service pack: Unzip the contents of the service pack file into the directory of the ServicePoint SERVER install. When prompted, existing files should be overwritten. Please be sure that no users are running ServicePoint while updating. Updates for ServicePoint version 9.3 An updated registration is required if installing into build 285 or earlier. | |

| ServicePoint Mobile | |
The following full-featured system is available for installation of the ServicePoint Mobile option. This option allows technicians in the field access to their service tasks from any web-enabled device. It interfaces directly to a ServicePoint database to provide real-time updating of service activity. Installation instructions for the software are provided in the SP Mobile Installation Guide. This download can be used as a demonstration version if no licensing information has been entered into SP desktop.
