We are a software development and support company specializing in the automation of service companies. Established in the state of Maryland in 1987, we are the developers of service management dispatch and billing software packages called ServicePoint and Focus. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the products and service they need to be successful.

RTM supports an international network of dealers for our software products. We provide all levels of support and modification for NCR CounterPoint software, Passport Business Solutions by Passport Software, and Great Plains Dynamics. We have extensive experience in systems support and integration of accounting systems in Windows and UNIX/Linux environments.
