                   select "Ready to invoice" as a status choice.
                   Adding new Estimate status broke this in 8.3.

10/14/08  SVCALM   Additional logging of call save functionality.

10/14/08  SVCAIF   Re-compile to pick up the new control file layout.
		   This allows user-defined fiedls to properly print
                   on service call forms.

10/17/08  SVCALM   Correction to a condition that could cause a call to
                   not be saved correctly.  If payment processing was
                   aborted and then the service call immediately filed,
                   the call was not actually saved, resulting in a lost
                   service call.

10/17/08  SVINVH   Merge changes for tab delimited file into 8.5 production.

11/05/08  INVPST   Correction to the calculation of invalid inventory
                   last-sale-date.  Also, overwrite existing value without
                   sequence check.
